This notice explains what tripklik.com collects when you contact us, why we collect it, who it reaches, and how to ask us to change or delete it.
This document describes how the Tripklik website works today. It is under legal review, and it does not replace the terms of any signed agreement between you and Tripklik. If anything here is unclear, email [email protected].
Who is responsible
This website is operated by INFOTEK TECHNOLOGY FZCO, trading as Tripklik, registered at Dubai Silicon Oasis, DIEZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything in this notice, or to exercise any right described below, email [email protected].
This notice covers the marketing website at tripklik.com. It does not cover the Tripklik booking platform itself, which agencies operate under their own agreement with us, nor any travel agency's own website built on that platform.
What we collect, and when
We do not ask for anything until you choose to submit a form. There are four:
| Form | What it collects |
|---|---|
| Demo request (Contact) | Your name, company, country, phone or WhatsApp number, work email, the areas you want to improve, the problem you want to solve, and anything you ask us to prepare. |
| ATM 2026 meeting request | Your name, company, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, preferred day and time, and your consent. |
| Travelport initiative eligibility | Agency or company name, contact name, work email, country or market, IATA number, main Travelport PCC, optional phone or WhatsApp number, and your consent. The IATA number and PCC are account labels used to check eligibility — we never ask for passwords, credentials, secrets or API keys. |
| Newsletter sign-up | Your email address and the language of the page you signed up from. |
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics scripts or marketing pixels on this website, and the site itself does not set cookies. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and none of these forms is intended for personal or consumer travel bookings.
Why we use it
- To reply to you. Every enquiry form exists so a member of the team can respond, arrange a demo or meeting, or assess eligibility.
- To assess the Travelport initiative. Where you tick that consent, we share the details Travelport requires to confirm whether your agency qualifies.
- To send the newsletter, where you have asked for it.
- To keep normal business records of enquiries we have received and answered.
Information you send through an enquiry form is not added to a marketing list. We rely on your consent, and on our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry, as the basis for this processing.
Consent, and how to withdraw it
Consent checkboxes are never pre-ticked. Where a form records consent, we store the exact wording you agreed to together with the time you agreed to it, so both sides have the same record. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected]; withdrawing it does not affect anything we did before you asked.
Who receives it
- Tripklik staff who handle the enquiry.
- Travelport — only for the Travelport initiative form, and only where you have ticked that consent.
- Cloudflare, which provides the Turnstile anti-bot check on our forms. To tell a person from a bot, Turnstile processes technical signals including your IP address.
- Our hosting and message-delivery providers, which transmit and store the submission on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising. Because these providers operate internationally, information may be processed outside the United Arab Emirates.
How it is protected
The site is served only over HTTPS. Enquiry forms encrypt their contents in your browser (AES-256-GCM) before the submission is transmitted, and the site applies a strict content security policy. See Security for the full description of what is and is not in place.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to answer you and to keep an accurate record of business enquiries, and no longer than that. If you want yours removed sooner, ask us and we will delete it unless we are required to keep it.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email [email protected] and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this notice
If we change what we collect or who receives it, we will update this page and the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made silently.
